We have a 7 days Guarantee to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their nail works results

At Glamour+, we offer a 7 days Guarantee for selected nailworks services such as color chip or artwork repair on the nail. If you like a color retouch or nail artwork repair, we encourage you to contact us immediately to discuss any issues so we can happily fix them.

In the circumstance that an issue may occur and nail works need to be fixed please be advised that our 7 days Guarantee will only be offered providing the following conditions have been adhered to;

• Contact to the salon must be made within 5 days after application
• If a repair or retouch appointment is needed, it must be booked within 7 days of the original appointment. Any later than this time period will overexpose your nails to everyday wear and tear and therefore voids the warranty.
• Correct aftercare instructions must be followed
• If it is decided that improper aftercare has been used and that no repair or touch-up can be done, we reserve the right to offer the client to have a full set done at the clients’ expense. (Up to 50% discount off regular price)
